Red Privet & Sentara Healthcare to Discuss Conversion-Focused Design at HCIC

Red Privet President Matt Hummel will take the stage with Alaina Galbraith of Sentara Healthcare to present learnings from Sentara Healthcare’s Find-a-Provider consumer study at Greystone.net’s 2018 Healthcare Internet Conference (HCIC) in Scottsdale, AZ.  Galbraith is a Digital Media Advisor at Sentara Healthcare.

Their presentation, entitled “Making Connections: How People Search for Care and What It Takes to Create a Confident Conversion”, will be held on Tuesday, November 6 at 3:30pm. The session will focus on strategies to drive online appointment requests – and how the right mix of emotional, informational and clinical content can optimize both an organization’s Find a Provider tool and website.

“The ability for healthcare organizations to “make a connection” with consumers is tied to how confident a consumer feels within the context of what they need – and that changes based on the severity of the health condition they’re looking to treat,” said Matt Hummel.  “We’re excited to co-present with our client and colleague, Sentara Healthcare, to discuss how different consumer-types search for care, what information they value in their search, and strategies to meet those needs and positively influence their likelihood to convert.”
