Red Privet President Matt Hummel will present strategies for taking a patient-centered approach to website design at the 2017 Carolinas Healthcare PR & Marketing Society’s (CHPRMS) Fall Conference from November 15-17 in Asheville, NC. Red Privet is a customer experience agency with services including customer experience strategy, customer research, journey mapping, enterprise websites, content strategy, secure portals, mobile apps, and usability.
Their presentation, entitled “Using a Patient-Centered Approach for a System-Wide Website Redesign”, will be held on Thursday, November 16 at 3:00pm. The session will focus on methods and tips to apply audience insights to inform a human-centered approach to web design and content development. Examples from Penn State Health’s redesign that included a health system, children’s hospital and college of medicine websites will be discussed.
This year’s CHPRMS conference, themed “Fostering Communities by Building Relationships”, will concentrate on patient engagement, strategic marketing strategy and digital execution.
“We believe that a key part of ‘building relationships’ is providing patients and caregivers with an empathetic customer experience,” said Matt Hummel, President of Red Privet.
“We’re excited to have honest conversations about the challenges organizations’ face from a customer experience perspective, and discuss creative solutions to help patients navigate healthcare more easily.”
Red Privet will also be a Bronze Sponsor for the program.
