Red Privet & Penn State Health to Co-Present at HCIC in Austin

Red Privet President Matt Hummel will take the stage with Jerry Griffin of Penn State Health to present strategies for taking a patient-centered approach to website design at Greystone.net’s 2017 Healthcare Internet Conference (HCIC) in Austin, TX.  Griffin is the Director of Web and Digital Services at Penn State Health.

Their presentation, entitled “Using a Patient-Centered Approach for a System-Wide Website Redesign”, will be held on Monday, October 23 at 2:15pm. The session will focus on methods and tips to apply audience insights to inform a human-centered approach to web design and content development. Examples from Penn State Health’s redesign that included a health system, children’s hospital and college of medicine websites will be discussed.

“Designing customer experiences that are efficient, empathetic and patient-centered means first understanding what matters most to your customer,” said Matt Hummel.  “We’re honored to co-present with our client and colleague, Penn State Health, to discuss how to turn audience insights into opportunities for meaningful engagement.”
