Red Privet President Matt Hummel was unanimously selected to the Board of Directors for the Mid-Atlantic Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (MASHSMD). Representing Red Privet – a research-driven customer experience agency in Harrisburg, PA, Matt will serve as a Member at Large.
MASHSMD is an official independent chapter of the Society for Healthcare Strategy & Market Development (SHSMD). Formed in 2015, MASHSMD provides the Mid-Atlantic region a resource for healthcare planners, marketers and communications professionals with regional networking opportunities, educational programs and a cutting-edge view on new happenings in healthcare marketing. They will host a two-day educational conference, April 25-27 in Richmond VA.
Matt Hummel brings over 20 years of experience delivering strategic customer experience solutions to the Board of Directors. Since 2009, Red Privet has delivered meaningful business results for leading healthcare organizations including Geisinger Health System, Duke Health, and Johns Hopkins Medicine – culminating with the inclusion in the 2014 Inc. 5000. A leader in the field of customer experience design, Matt has spoken at national conferences including SHSMD, Healthcare Internet Conference (HCIC), and the Carolinas Healthcare PR & Marketing Society.
