Under the theme “The Future-Friendly Web,” the event will be held June 9-11, 2014, at the university’s State College, PA, campus and feature a variety of topics focused on engaging, interacting, and sharing knowledge about the web.
With their presentation topic, “Mapping Your Customer’s Experience: Using Journey Mapping to Drive Digital Strategy,” Hummel and Richards will discuss how digital touchpoints shape the customer experience, and how businesses can pinpoint opportunities to best interact with customers and optimize engagement to drive business goals. The session is suitable for anyone involved in driving communication strategies, from designers to marketing strategists.
